Here are a few of the daily exercises we do daily to build ging and good health. Struggling a bit today due to the fasting but still did 108 reps of each. In addition we do bag work, rollerbar, qigong and meditation. This is day two of my personal transformation challenge.

AuthorI have trained in quite a few different martial arts such as Wing Chun, Jujitsu and some more esoteric ones. My highest rank in an art was 5th degree black belt. I'm not here to talk about those systems but it helps to have a little background I guess. As I got older I got more interested in the esoteric side of things and became interested in magick, sorcery and meditation. To this day I meditate for hours. I have become unbalanced and must give more attention to the physical training as Yang develops Yin and Yin develops Yang. Archives
