Here is a nice action shot of a hammer fist - Soy Kuil or our Shattering bridge skill shown by Sifu Garry Hearfield. The force required to break a fresh nut like this is approximately 1600 pounds per square inch on the low end. It has been said that they can be seven times harder than a human skull.

Made some Dit Da Yao/Yau the other day and decided to make a video. In the first part I talk about Dit Da Jow and proper application and also some basic Dit Da technique. Finish with my Yau making. Hope you like it! Happy training :). |
AuthorI have trained in quite a few different martial arts such as Wing Chun, Jujitsu and some more esoteric ones. My highest rank in an art was 5th degree black belt. I'm not here to talk about those systems but it helps to have a little background I guess. As I got older I got more interested in the esoteric side of things and became interested in magick, sorcery and meditation. To this day I meditate for hours. I have become unbalanced and must give more attention to the physical training as Yang develops Yin and Yin develops Yang. Archives
