Bak Fu Sunn Yee Gung or White Tiger Heavenly Healing Methods, is a complete Taoist internal training system of Nei Kung and inner alchemy that develops body, mind and spirit. It has 72 levels of training that include sitting, standing and moving meditations.
The beginning levels prepare the body and nervous system and fill the lower Dantien with Qi while balancing the Yin and Yang of the practitioner. As Qi or energy forms and condenses and the energy channels or meridians open, many strange phenomena may occur. Flashing lights, sensations of energy and even the awakening of 'Inner Thunder' .
This system was passed on to my Sifu by Grandmaster Doo Wai. It has been kept a closed family treasure but is now allowed to be taught publicly. It's a lifelong journey of self discovery and awakening that brings clarity and stillness.
